Refund Policy – Weather & Emergency Cancellations

We know life (and Louisiana weather) can be unpredictable. If you’re registering for our upcoming conference, please know:

• Full refunds (minus a 3% processing fee) are available for cancellations made on or before August 6.
• After that date, refunds will only be considered in the case of named hurricanes, tropical storms, or official emergency declarations affecting the event location or your
  ability to travel.
  
  

If a storm forces us to cancel the conference, we’ll issue full refunds to all registered attendees.

Can’t make it but want to send someone in your place? No problem—just email us 48 hours in advance and we’ll update your registration.
