Membership Cancelation Policy

The LTA membership cycle is based on a calendar year. Full refunds are issued upon written request within 35 days of membership activation. Refunds requested after 35 days are prorated for the remaining months in the calendar year. Refunds will not be issued for the current year if requested after July 1.

Registration Cancelation Policy

All registration cancellations must be made via email & received no later than 20 days prior to the event to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $25, unless otherwise stated. LTA is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend or if the event is rescheduled or transitioned to virtual. In the event of unforeseen circumstances by either party, the LTA President/CEO will issue refunds at his/her discretion. I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” and/or choosing to be invoiced, I agree to the above cancellation policy and will pay the open invoice within 30 days of the event.
