We are fully committed to conducting a successful, productive and, above all, safe Summit that reunites the travel community.
LTA will continue to work closely with The Roosevelt and other host venues, while carefully monitoring Louisiana health guidelines and CDC recommendations to ensure best practices are implemented and followed.
At this time, you can expect to see:
- Hand sanitizing stations
- Masks required for all attendees, per the Governor's current mandate
- Masks required aboard bus transportation
- Enhanced surface cleaning protocols
- Increase “travel time” between sessions to allow for less crowding in walkways
